2 Consultation and Brief
We visit your site, discuss your requirements in detail and provide a written outline brief
3 Concept Design
Comprising basic site layout, floor plan and concept elevation with rough order estimate. Town Planning preliminary review.
4 Preliminary Design
Revision of concept sketches with confirmed space general design style & materials. Update rough cost estimate. Engage specialist consultants.
5 Developed Design
Revisions to Preliminary Design, cost estimates. General material selections. All elevations and plans CAD drawn with 3D model views,Town planning report, PIM application
6 Detailed Design
Working drawings and specifications suitable for tendering, consent application and construction. Kitchen, fittings design, electrical/lighting
7 Project Management
Tendering/Consents.
Observation of construction.
Contract/Financial administration.
Site meetings, completion/defects reports.
Practical completion certificate
