Eliot Street Offices Redevelopment

This two storied building had become dated and difficult to lease. Most of the first floor was vacant except for our own office. We initiated the sale of the building and designed the building upgrade. Included were new facilities, entry and stairs, as well as modern, open plan office spaces for two tenants on the first floor, one of which was Jackson Architects.

Schurr and Ireland accountants are the owner of the builder and the largest tenant on first floor. This has provided a more welcoming environment for clients with interactive boardroom for presentations and video conferencing.
