Community Corrections Centre, Rotorua

 In response to an RFP by the government agency, Jackson Architects assisted the developer in evaluating several possible sites. The chosen CBD site was limited size and required maximising the footprint and having a raised parking deck. This provided a sheltered muster and storage area for work crews. The large 2,053 m² floor plate was located against one boundary with curtain wall glazing to two facades. The base build design was coordinated with the interiors design, by others, to allow an integrated fit-out build.
