Devon Hotel Marbles

Marbles family buffet restaurant, as a Taranaki icon, had become tired and dated. As part of the hotel general upgrade, a decision was made to drop the Grecian theme and décor. New space demarcations were introduced to provide usual privacy while maintaining flexibility of seating layouts. A separate dining area was created for functions. By varying the ceiling, floor and wall treatments with supporting lighting, a fresh timeless ambiance emerged. Serviced food delivery was extended to enhance new buffet configuration.
