Billings House

Briefed as a retirement home for a professional couple, this project required the efficient utilisation of the small site. Two storied design emphasised the vertical with concrete panels and prefinished aluminium weatherboards. It was planned around a sheltered courtyard and deck, with raised herb bed gardens. An independent guest area was provided. Light filled entry and living spaces make it an uplifting home to live in.
