St Aubyns Chambers Heritage Earthquake Strengthening

One of the first multi story reinforced concrete buildings in New Zealand, it is a stripped classical/art deco style. We were approached by the body corporate to oversee the structural and remedial works of this project. We coordinated the heritage and structural consultants, along with providing documentation for general maintenance, recladding and unit residents separate works. We provided a heritage colour scheme and obtained planning approval and PIM as a ‘complying activity’.
