Retirement Homes

Jackson Architects have two aged care projects nearing completion. In Auckland, Forrest Hill, a private facility has a new 13 bed wing, with central dayrooms, nurse station and utility area. Due for completion, June 2019, we provided design team coordination and construction observation and administration.

In Inglewood, Taranaki, Marinoto Rest Home has a new bedroom wing with an upgrade of 4 existing bedrooms. This project was designed in keeping with the existing facility, but to modern standards. It included asbestos removal and fire safety upgrades. It is due for completion April 2019.
